Global Bridge Management System Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides software access via a subscription-based model for evaluating and understanding bridge analytical data. As our products are digital and subscription-based, this Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.
1. No Returns Policy
As we deliver non-tangible, digital services, we do not accept returns once a subscription has been purchased and activated. You are responsible for reviewing the features and compatibility of our services before subscribing.
2. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after activation
Incompatibility with your systems if not disclosed prior
Missed auto-renewal payments (unless cancelled prior to renewal date)
However, a refund may be considered in the following rare situations:
If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error
If the platform is entirely non-functional for your subscription period and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to gabmbridges@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial period, you are encouraged to evaluate the software during this time. Once the trial ends and your subscription begins, standard billing and refund terms apply.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of an active subscription.
5. Auto-Renewals
Unless cancelled, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually as per your plan). It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
